US TARIFF UPDATE
TO OUR US CUSTOMERS,
Aperture & Ore is not responsible for the payment or collection of duties or tariffs on any shipment outside of Canada.
Note: State sales tax may still apply at delivery, depending on your location.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. You will be notified once your order has been shipped; we will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Please note that once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes or accept any cancellations. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
TAXES & DUTIES
Upon placing your order, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail with the total dollar amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges. Canadian customers will pay GST/HST according to their provincial rate.
US and international customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective jurisdictions; payment of these taxes/duties may be necessary before your order will be released from customs.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Aperture & Ore is not responsible for packages that are lost*, damaged in transit, or stolen upon delivery. Please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as we are unable to reroute packages once they leave our studio.
*Packages are rarely lost, but when they are, we often find they do show up. If your package is lost or stolen, our first and best recommendation is to file a claim with the postal service that shipped it, then contact us to let us know. We will do our very best to help you!
